Air India said the air alliance was no longer a subsidiary | What this means for leaflets

The air alliance is no longer a subsidiary of Air India, according to an advisor issued by Air India. The announcement came several months after Tata Sons took over Air India because the government had received an offer of the winner of RS 18,000 Crore to obtain 100 percent of the operator managed by debt.

Air India has stated that passengers who have Indian water tickets with 4 digit flight numbers starting with ‘9’ or 3 digit flight numbers starting with ‘9i’, must know that this booking belongs to the air alliance, according to advisor.

Passengers must note that Air India will no longer handle orders and questions related to the air alliance.

Tatas beat Rs 15,100 Crore by a consortium led by Spicejet promoter Ajay Singh and RS 12,906 Crore price reserves set by the government for sales of 100 percent of its shares in making losses.

Air India is now the third airline brand in Stable Tatas – it holds a majority interest in AirAsia India and Vistara, a joint venture with Singapore Airlines Ltd.
