The main IT companies such as Tata Consultation Services (TCS) and InfoSys have also encouraged their staff to join office physically. Know work from plans two main IT companies:

Graduate Infosys plan.

Infosys have started to call people to the office from this month. Only senior employees come to the office now. After announcing the results of the quarter 2022 March, Infosys Chief Financial Officer Nilaran Roy told reporters that at present, 95 percent of the workforce worked hard, while only 5 percent of senior executives came to the office.

He said the company had a three-phase plan on work from home. “We have launched the first phase in April and below, people who are in their home location where DCS (development center) is located or located in the peak city close to DCS encouraged to come to the office twice a week. We have seen traction about it. Senior leaders will enter. The team has experienced Huddles, etc. “

In the second phase, he said the company would encourage people outside the city of DC to start making preparations for the next few months to see if they could return at the center of their base development. “This is based on individual circumstances, etc.”

In the long run, we are looking for a hybrid model on work, depending on the client, the regulatory environment and a number of other considerations. This will be a gradual approach and we review each quarter. At present, 95 percent of the workforce is at home, while only 5 percent of senior executives come to the office.

Infosys Executive Vice President and Head (HR) Richard Lobo previously said the company expected a hybrid model where around 40-50 percent of employees tended to work from the office after the return phase to the next office.

TCS works from home models

TCS also encourages employees to return to the office. The company said it remained committed to adopting a futuristic and broken 25×25 model and introduced a hot table.

This 25 × 25 model will require no more than 25 percent of corporate partners to work from work at a certain time point, and they do not need to spend more than 25 percent of their time in the office.

“But, an important part of the trip to the 25/25 model is to first bring people back to the physical office and gradually transition into the Hybrid work model,” TCS said.
